After installing the app, it will become available as a Confluence macro. If you want to embed Slides presentations into a Confluence page, log in to Google Slides and select the presentation you want to embed.
Once you have selected the presentation in Google Slides, copy the URL from the browser address bar and paste it directly into your Confluence page. The Google Slides for Confluence macro will open automatically.
You can edit the macro to adjust the dimensions:
After selecting the macro, click on the Edit button to open the macro editor right side panel
Select the desired dimensions & click insert
Keep in mind that one of both dimensions (width & height) needs to be a css unit. Also note that height can only be an absolute unit (px, cm, etc) and not relative (%, em, etc)
Publish your Confluence page & your Google Slides presentation will become visible!
The presentation will open in edit mode
When editing a page, click on the plus button at the top right of your screen and click on Other macro’s or View more
Search for Google Slides for Confluence. Click on Google Slides for Confluence
The macro editor right side panel will open, which will allow you to enter the URL of your Google Slides presentation. You can use either the browser address bar URL or the share link
Select the desired dimensions & click insert
Keep in mind that one of both dimensions (width & height) needs to be a css unit. Also note that height can only be an absolute unit (px, cm, etc) and not relative (%, em, etc)
Publish your Confluence page & your Google Slides presentation will become visible!
The presentation will open in edit mode
Once you have selected the presentation in Google Slides, open the File menu in the top left corner and click on the Publish to the web menu item. Click on Embed and copy the HTML embed code.

Search for Google Slides for Confluence. Click on Google Slides for Confluence

Select the desired dimensions & click insert
